Each year, IOK School strives to admit the most qualified applicants from the surrounding community. Due to small class sizes, and a limited number of seats available every year, all applicants to IOK School must undergo all components of our admissions process.

Please note that current students have priority for re-enrollment. While we are accepting general on-line inquiries from community members, we are in the process of re-enrolling our current students. If any spaces are available at the conclusion of the re-enrollment process for our current students (March 2026), we will begin screening of the online inquiries. In the case your family is selected, we will reach out to you to begin the admissions process.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for another term in the future. They cannot be applied towards any other future program or towards any pending balances.

Annual Fees Due Dates for Returning Families:

• Feb. 20, 2026 - Registration Fee, Supply & Material Fee, & Book & Tech Fee Due
• March 15, 2026 -Testing/Activity/Field Trip Fee, Security Fee, and Graduation
Fee Due (Refer to above to calculate applicable fees.)

*Registration and all school fees for New Students are due within 72 hours of receipt of acceptance email.
*If paid monthly, tuition is due on the 1st of each of month from August 2026 to May2027 with first monthly installment due August 1, 2026.

All requests for financial aid MUST be made at the time of the initial on-line inquiry. After an offer to proceed for admissions has been given, parents will be advised to complete a financial aid application and provide all supporting documentation to a third party (TADS). The financial aid application must be completed within 72 hours of the initial offer to proceed for admissions. An initial response to the request will be given within 7-10 working days. Traditionally, IOK School is not able to offer discounts larger than 10% off a students’ annual tuition.
